Do you remember that temple we stumbled upon at the top of that steep road one night? The unexpected ritual we went through guiding our hands over the wall as we walked the perimeter of that pitch black room... then the light and the color orange as we exited the building that was just overwhelmingly beautiful... I have loved Mass MOCA from the first year it opened and frequently travelled over the hills from Albany, NY to enjoy its repurposed gallery spaces and the amazing artwork within its historic walls.
